Luka Chuppi Movie Review

Luka Chuppi

Kartik Aaryan has finally bagged a solo lead film. Luka Chuppi was already in the news, thanks to its shamelessly remixed songs and the trailer were also well received. The trailer has already revealed the entire plot of the movie, but the makers still took their sweet time to get into the point.

The movie is based on the notion of small-town people and their taboo of live-in relationships. Kartik shows a very little variance from his previous move Sonu Ke Tittu Ki Sweety and Kriti Sanon is copy-paste of Bareilly Ki Barfi.

The movie has some good comic scenes, but they are scattered and far apart. The biggest disappointment of the movie was Panjak Tripathi, as his presence was totally wasted and rather made him look like a buffoon.

Overall, it is a one-time entertainer if you have some spare time and money to spend.
