Kill Dil Movie Review
Kill Dil, the movie which was released over this weekend is gathering a lot of negative reviews. And I must say, it is indeed one of those movies which you wish was never made. The film falls flat irrespective of some decent effort for Parineeti Chopra and Ranveer Singh, or should I say, the film falls flat because of these performances. Govinda is a big disappointment as being his come back movie, we expected some metallic performance from him. But as a local goon, he is totally unacceptable. Since he can dance, we can see him tapping his foot to couple of songs.
The script of the movie has been in the industry for decades now. I wonder how the director thought that this was a unique script. Two kids abandoned in Kachre ka dabba, adopted by a local goon and trained to becomes like him until the so called twist happens to break their relation. Come on, who makes such movies any more? Ali Zafar has made a decent attempt for his role and does not overdo anything. The so called funny moments of the movie are also over the top.
Overall, Kill dill should be rechristened either as Kill time or kill money as it does nothing more than that
