Firefox 3 Guinness Record - Its Official Now - Firefox 3 Creates History

Firefox 3 Guinness Record is official now. Guinness officials have confirmed 8,002,530 download in 24 hours of the Download Day (June 18, 2008). The Firefox 3 certificates are still available for grab. The total downloads have already crossed 28,557,828 as on July 2, 2008 and is expected to cross the 30,000,000 by the end of the week.

There are still some compatibility issues with some of the old Firefox addons and are expected to be available for Firefox 3 soon. I have been using the new Firefox 3 for quite some time now, and it rocks. The intelligent address bar, one click site information, built in phishing filter, one click bookmarks and dozens of other new features are the feather in the cap for firefox 3 and it makes Firefox 3 far more better the IE7 and ofcourse its sure to beat the forthcoming version IE8 as well.
